I am taking the Texas Bar Exam this week. It’s Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I have to go to Lubbock, Texas, to take it. (Lubbock is about a two hour drive north of Midland.) I am leaving tomorrow afternoon, and I will stay in a hotel this week. I will drive back to Midland on Thursday and commence sleeping for about three days.
I have studied, and I know the material. All I have to do now is take the exam and kick some booty!
I am tired and stressed out right now. The bar exam is next week, and I am just trying to keep it together for final preparations for the exam. All I want to do right now is take a nap, but I have way too much to do to even think about naps. (Don’t worry, I’m sleeping at nights - for the most part.) Actually, between Rocky and the exam, I’m having pretty restless nights too. The nice part is that we just got a nice, new comfy bed. That has really helped in the last week or so. So, that is all that I am up to these days. Hope everyone is well.
Today is Groundhog Day! It’s silly, I know. That’s why I love it!
Punxsutawney Phil, the official groundhog, did not see his shadow this morning. That means an early spring! It is very rare that Phil does not see his shadow. He usually sees a shadow and declares six more weeks of winter. We’ll take the early spring, right?!
I took our puppy Rocky (we decided that his name is Rocky) outside to see if he would see his shadow. He did, and he pounced on it. Does anyone have an idea as to what that means?
One of my weekend projects is to get some pictures posted on here. We’ll see how that goes.
